Pre Treatment Protocols And Instructions

Pre Treatment Protocols

Pre treatment preparation 3 - 5 days before beginning treatment with us will increase the quality and experience of your treatment. iBogaine Thailand has strict protocols and extended abstinence from some medication is necessary for safety and efficacy.

Prior to treatment, there will be a mandatory completion of a comprehensive medical screening, medical history questionnaire and mental health assessment. We do not exclude those with pre-existing psychological disorders; however, we must be informed of any medications you are currently taking for any psychotic and schizophrenic disorders.

iBogaine is subject to interactions with some psychiatric medications, suboxone and other hard opiates. It’s important to be forthcoming about what medications you take. For example, if you are taking prescription medication like Zoloft, you will need to taper off it in the days preceding your treatment. We will give you detailed instructions on how to do this.

Requested medical reports are to be completed in advance for a proper outline of health assessment. Abnormal, irregular, or falsified tests pose serious threats to the outcome of ibogaine treatment. Two medical tests which includes the EKG to assess the heart and Blood Test to evaluate the liver panel are mandatory prior to iBogaine treatment.
